About the role

  • Lead analytics project assignments from scoping to delivery and solve business problems through basic to advanced analytics as applicable
  • Regularly collaborate with US counterparts across the POD areas(Acquisition/Lifecycle/Products) to drive their priorities & deliverables
  • Acquire proficiency with different data tools, software, techniques to improve current capabilities and to create new analytics and data science solutions
  • Lead a variety of short, medium & long-term projects with Individual & team from end to end, including ideation, data mining, strategy formulation, and presentation of results and recommendations
  • Deliver projects adhering to timelines, accuracy & compliance with meticulous project management
  • Build a culture of delivering insights instead of data & reports
  • Deliver strategic insights across diverse open-ended projects like payment rates, Attrition analysis, activation analysis, lifecycle campaigns etc.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 3+ years of experience in a financial services or in lieu of degree, minimum of 5+ years of experience in a financial services
  • 3 to 5 years of hands on Experience in SQL/ SAS /Tableau (2+ yrs of Hand on experience in SAS is Mandatory) with ability to independently build queries for data extraction & aggregation
  • Comprehend key concepts & processes in Finance, translate them into quantitative attributes /metrics
  • Ability to Define Methodology, present insights to larger teams and influence decision making
  • Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint with superior data analyses and storyboarding skills
  • Good understanding of credit card industry financial P&L drivers and key sensitivities
  • Strong written/oral communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to independently deliver Analytical solutions for Business problems.
