• Develop decision optimization agenda in conjunction with Analytics Leader to drive profitable growth for the program.
• Partner with growth teams to establish learning agendas, develop omni-channel marketing strategies and design advanced analytics methods (Machine Learning etc.) and frameworks to optimize impacts.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and develop strategies to grow new accounts, sales, and profitability of the program.
• Lead the creation and execution of a data-driven customer engagement strategy by analyzing customer journeys, measuring and attributing the impact of various experiences, and delivering actionable recommendations to drive incremental engagement, card sales, and profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, A/B test, and optimize diverse marketing tactics and customer experiences, fostering a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
• Leverage data streaming and near real-time analytics methods to rapidly execute, iterate, and deliver actions/insights on card usage and customer engagement trends.
• Build trust with client as an analytics advocate, establish strong relationships.
