About the role

  • The PM plans, executes, and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
  • Leads the effort to define and communicate project timelines, resources, and budget.
  • Oversees quality control throughout the project’s lifecycle.
  • Acquires resources and coordinates efforts of team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects according to plan.
  • Communicates project knowledge and updates to team members, identifying potential risks and implementing problem-solving tactics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 years’ related experience (experienced in digital process and timeline creation as it relates to websites, emails, digital banners, etc.)
  • Agency experience (digital a plus)
  • Knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical industry marketing requirements and restrictions
  • Experience with electronic project management software
