Provide a range of legal support to counsel(s) and business managers.
Assist with reviewing contracts, legal letters, and customer compliance concerns.
Review reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously analyze and monitor data quality and integrity.
Assist with projects relating to contract law, IP licensing law, and open to assist on other projects where needed.
Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of contracts, including but not limited to vendor agreements, service contracts, and nondisclosure agreements.
Conduct legal research to support contract interpretation, compliance, and risk assessment.
Maintain accurate and organized contract files and databases, including tracking key contract milestones and deadlines.

Education Level: J.D.
Experience Level: Candidate dependent
Specialized Skills, Certificates, Licenses: Bar Certification, in any state
Preferred Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highest ethical standards and professional integrity. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work on multiple projects. Humble, positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to detail.
