About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the funnel and manage the full acquisition journey
  • Manage paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta
  • Build landing pages that convert with excellent messaging and hierarchy
  • Run the CRO program and A/B tests
  • Drive email and lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Lead and develop a marketing team that you hold accountable
  • Own data analytics and collaborate across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5-8 years in digital marketing with at least 2 years managing paid acquisition
  • SaaS experience is strongly preferred
  • Ability to write headlines, ad copy, landing page copy, email subject lines
  • Experience with ROAS, CPA, conversion rate, and MRR impact
  • Ability to build a landing page in HubSpot and set up conversion tracking in GTM
  • Strong analytical skills to segment data
