About the role
- You monitor which questions IT users ask in communities, forums, or professional networks.
- You answer these questions directly — or prepare helpful content such as a blog post or short guide.
- You write technical content for blogs and help pages.
- You work closely with our product and development teams to uncover new topics and present them clearly.
- You demonstrate practical examples of how our cloud solution sync-blue® helps in daily work — for example, synchronizing contacts between Outlook, iPhones, CRMs, and more.
Requirements
- Residence ideally near Münster (for occasional meetings in Dülmen)
- Technical understanding and practical experience in the IT field — for example through training, studies, professional work, or personal projects
- Enjoy writing about technical topics and the ability to present complex content clearly and tailored to the audience
- Interest in modern cloud technologies — you don’t have to be an expert, but you should be eager to learn
- Confident and fluent written communication in German; good English skills are an advantage
- Independent, structured working style and enjoyment of active engagement with the community
- Career changers with a passion for technology and enthusiasm for communication are very welcome!
