- The Role: Synapticure is seeking a Director of Partner Success to lead the long-term success and growth of our strategic partnerships with ACOs, health plans, health systems, and community health organizations. Reporting to the Head of Growth, this role is the day-to-day owner of partner performance, satisfaction, and relationship health.
- You will work across executive, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to ensure partnerships achieve or exceed shared goals.
- The ideal candidate is customer-obsessed, thrives in a cross-functional environment, and is motivated by the challenge of solving complex problems that improve care for patients and caregivers.
- You will own ongoing performance management, lead business reviews, drive patient engagement initiatives, and identify opportunities for expansion within existing partnerships.
- This role requires a proven ability to influence at all organizational levels, navigate complex health system environments, and coordinate distributed teams across in-person and virtual settings.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, partner management, or strategic operations in healthcare
- Proven ability to manage complex partnerships and deliver measurable results
- Strong customer mindset with a focus on partner and patient impact
- Skilled at building trust with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, visual, and presentation skills
- Proactive problem-solver with strong risk identification and mitigation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous, and cross-functional environments
- Proficiency with project management tools and methods (e.g., dashboards, diagrams, gantt charts)
