About the role
- Plan and execute redistribution marketing strategies that improve the customer journey, from first contact through post‑sale.
- Analyze demand by crop/culture, region, and channel (Dipagro and Produtécnica).
- Develop plans to meet customers’ business needs.
- Design and implement customer segmentation, directing strategies within each segment.
- Develop and implement the marketing plan, ensuring consistent brand communication to the market.
- Lead customer incentive campaigns (rebates, reconciliations, forecasts).
- Plan and lead campaigns and offers, assessing seasonality that impacts demand.
- Develop communication plans for redistribution (promotional materials), defining regional priorities.
- Monitor KPIs: Sell‑Out, campaign ROI, repurchase rate, margin, product mix.
- Create and implement redistribution criteria and policies guided by marketing.
- Promote the creation of dashboards to highlight market and business opportunities.
- Prepare executive reports with strategic analyses and insights.
- Drive portfolio review meetings and strategic account planning.
- Align with Strategic Suppliers (targets, availability, focus products).
- Manage the marketing budget.
- Drive strategy execution through the creative process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Experience in agribusiness is essential.
- Knowledge of Marketing, CRM, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Experience with redistribution and/or distribution of agricultural inputs is desirable.
- Analytical, results‑oriented profile.
- Proactivity, autonomy, and strong execution skills.
- Good communication across multiple areas/departments.
- Organized and disciplined.
- Customer‑centric mindset.
