About the role
- Manage, monitor, and optimize our SaaS environments on staging and production clusters
- Prioritize, analyze, and resolve issues in customer environments as part of incident management
- Work closely with the product development and infrastructure teams
- Assist customers with operational and configuration questions regarding the software
- Coordinate changes and actively contribute to improving the support function
- Take on on-call shifts
- Document systems and configurations
Requirements
- Completed degree or vocational training in computer science, Informatics, or a comparable field
- Basic IT knowledge in Linux, networking, and integration of REST API interfaces
- Familiarity with Kubernetes environments
- Experience working with YAML files is desirable
- Ability to quickly get up to speed with new technologies
- Positive and empathetic attitude in customer interactions
- Fluent German and very good English skills
