About the role

  • Grow and develop a world-class Commercial and SDR team by identifying, training, and implementing best practices that improve the team’s performance while maintaining culture and values
  • Drive accountability for forecasting, pipeline, performance, enablement and attainment across your team
  • Align and report on key metrics driving the revenue organization from new logo acquisition to revenue retention, pipeline build & conversion
  • Support continued refinement of the revenue and marketing organization’s defined playbooks, selling programs and initiatives
  • Influence, collaborate and work with cross-functional leaders, departments; and teams to develop and execute successful strategies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local, regional and federal regulations
  • Coach, grow and develop employees on a regular basis to build a dynamic sales organization
  • Support and occasionally lead complex deal negotiations with your team
  • Support company diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring a diverse workplace to mirror our global customers and communities
  • Support onboarding, enablement and employee growth strategies

Requirements

  • 5+ years leadership management experience
  • 3+ years sales leadership experience
  • Previous experience in startup/scale-up environment
  • Experience in the SaaS industry
  • Experience developing and retaining high-performing sales teams
  • Strategic and visionary skill set
  • Experience supporting complex deal and contract negotiations
