About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of cross-functional PMO initiatives.
- Build integrated project plans and drive execution.
- Establish and run operating rhythms.
- Apply visual management and Obeya principles.
- Partner with functional leaders to define objectives.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across departments.
- Proactively identify risks and constraints.
- Support rollout and adoption of PMO methodologies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without authority.
- Strong working knowledge of project execution fundamentals.
- Experience with lean / continuous improvement tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with MS Suite, Jira, and familiarity with scheduling tools.
