About the role
- Manage daily treasury activities including performing 13, 26 & Full year forecasting working with multiple plant controllers
- Manage all bank relationships and provide information as needed to support the needs of the business
- Manage intercompany cash reconciliation and accounting
- Manage company credit card program
- Be the primary lead for management of users and their entitlements in the banking portal
- Published Daily Cash Report to CFO and Senior Mgt. team.
- Maintain bank accounts documentation and signatories
- Assist in Month End Closing Process
- Bank & Account Reconciliation
- Ad Hoc Reporting
- Assist during Audit
- Maintaining Month end schedules
- Allocation of HR, IT and Other costs to appropriate department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- 5 years of experience in accounting and finance out of that at least 2 to 3 years in Treasury role
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel and Power Point
