About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage day-to-day project planning, execution, and implementation for cross-functional, company-wide initiatives
Partner with internal and external teams and vendors to understand and communicate operational and technical project requirements
Manage project expectations, requirements, and deliverables through proactive communication, documentation, and structured follow-up
Lead meetings and standups to keep initiatives moving forward, remove blockers, and ensure milestones are met
Plan and manage project resource allocation across company departments
Document detailed workflows and processes for internal team use and conversion into playbooks and reference guides for end-user training
Coordinate dependencies across the Pre-Bind, Post-Bind, and Claims lifecycle phases

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience understanding the insurance policy and claims lifecycle
Previous experience managing technical or cross-departmental projects
Strong technical background, including knowledge of different systems and how they integrate and work together
5+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale project implementations
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
PMP certification or other project management certification is a plus
MS Office proficiency
Experience using video and chat technology, including MS Teams and Slack
Reliable high-speed internet connectivity required
Designated quiet work-from-home space
Must be based in one of these states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin
