About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day project planning, execution, and implementation for cross-functional, company-wide initiatives
  • Partner with internal and external teams and vendors to understand and communicate operational and technical project requirements
  • Manage project expectations, requirements, and deliverables through proactive communication, documentation, and structured follow-up
  • Lead meetings and standups to keep initiatives moving forward, remove blockers, and ensure milestones are met
  • Plan and manage project resource allocation across company departments
  • Document detailed workflows and processes for internal team use and conversion into playbooks and reference guides for end-user training
  • Coordinate dependencies across the Pre-Bind, Post-Bind, and Claims lifecycle phases

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience understanding the insurance policy and claims lifecycle
  • Previous experience managing technical or cross-departmental projects
  • Strong technical background, including knowledge of different systems and how they integrate and work together
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale project implementations
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • PMP certification or other project management certification is a plus
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Experience using video and chat technology, including MS Teams and Slack
  • Reliable high-speed internet connectivity required
  • Designated quiet work-from-home space
  • Must be based in one of these states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Missouri, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, or Wisconsin
