About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and champion Swyfft’s brand identity across all markets
  • Develop messaging frameworks that clearly communicate our expertise
  • Differentiate our brand in competitive markets
  • Design and execute agent and broker recruitment campaigns
  • Build targeted outreach strategies for coastal property specialists, surplus lines producers, and independent agents
  • Oversee digital marketing channels including website, email, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn
  • Create compelling content and thought leadership articles
  • Monitor and synthesize industry trends
  • Identify and maximize presence at key industry events
  • Manage a marketing function, including vendors and a small team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in property & casualty insurance
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the property and casualty insurance market
  • Experience with both B2B marketing and B2C communications
  • Experience managing and utilizing CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A builder's mindset
  • A keen eye for design and strong aesthetic instincts
  • Experience driving revenue growth through measurable marketing strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required
  • Advanced Degree preferred
