Backend Engineer

• Write and review high-quality, well-architected back end and database code (C#, .NET, MSSQL).
• Lead the software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities up to and including release planning, requirement gathering, design, configurations, sprint planning, creating, and executing test cases, and analyzing results.
• Take ownership of assigned features and shepherd projects through production release while partnering with QA and business stakeholders.
• Communicate complex concepts and negotiate with others to adopt and appreciate different points of view.
• Coach, mentor, and develop fellow coders and less experienced team members.
• Collaborate as part of a remote backend software development team and participate in team meetings and training (some travel may be required).
