Marketing Campaign Manager – 12-mo Maternity Leave Contract
SWTCHMarketing Campaign Manager at SWTCH, overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns and event strategies. Driving lead generation and nurturing for sustainable EV solutions in a hybrid role based in Toronto.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage SWTCH’s event portfolio — including industry trade shows, conferences, and hosted events — ensuring strategic alignment, brand visibility, and measurable outcomes. Travel is required to work various events across North America throughout the year.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads. Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, webinars, and events to drive demand.
- Utilize Salesforce’s Marketing Automation platform to streamline lead management, email marketing, and reporting. Build and refine drip campaigns and audience segments to deliver personalized content.
- Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools. Use data-driven insights to refine strategy and improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Marketing Communications to produce relevant content for every stage of the funnel — blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, infographics, and more.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5+ years of experience in field, digital, or growth marketing.
- Experience planning and managing events, industry tradeshow experience is an asset.
- Track record of building and executing marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for crafting compelling marketing content and messaging
- Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce, Pardot (or equivalents), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot)
- Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
- Native in various AI tools to bring efficiency to every project will be critical to success.
- Analytical mindset — able to turn data into insights and action
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fully remote team
- Knowledge of the electric vehicle (EV) industry, EV charging, sustainable energy, or related technical areas is a plus.
