About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the initiative end-to-end as a business: Define the strategy, roadmap, and execution plan, and drive this initiative to become a core entry point into the platform with clear impact on member engagement, care access, and client outcomes.
  • Run the operating system: Set goals and KPIs, establish a strong execution cadence, and ensure consistent tracking, prioritization, and delivery across all work streams.
  • Drive product and clinical experience: Shape the end-to-end member experience from first interaction through guidance and routing, ensuring clarity, safety, and effectiveness in how members understand their needs and take action.
  • Advance the intelligence layer: Work closely with AI/ML and engineering teams to improve decision quality, routing accuracy, and response consistency, balancing speed of iteration with reliability and safety.
  • Own performance and outcomes: Track and improve key metrics such as adoption, resolution, routing quality, and time to appropriate care, and ensure the initiative contributes meaningfully to overall client ROI.
  • Lead cross-functionally: Align Product, Engineering, Clinical, Growth, Operations, and Commercial teams, resolve trade-offs, and drive decisions that keep execution focused and efficient.
  • Act as a visible leader: Communicate clearly, surface risks early, and maintain accountability for delivery and outcomes across stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience across product, strategy, operations, or general management: With a significant portion in high-growth or fast-paced environments, and clear progression into roles with increasing ownership.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of a product or business area: Track record of owning a product or business area with measurable impact on growth, engagement, or cost outcomes.
  • Strong 0→1 and scaling experience: Experience building new products or initiatives from early stages and scaling them into meaningful drivers of business impact.
  • Entrepreneurial or builder mindset (founder or equivalent experience preferred): Experience operating with high ownership, making decisions under uncertainty, and driving execution without established structures.
  • Strong operating and execution discipline: Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear plans, set priorities, and consistently deliver results in a fast-moving environment.
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven products or systems: Experience working with AI-based systems, with the ability to make trade-offs between model performance, speed, and user experience.
  • Ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional teams: Experience aligning Product, Engineering, Clinical or Operations, and Commercial stakeholders, and driving decisions without relying on direct authority.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset: Comfort defining KPIs, diagnosing performance issues, and using data to inform prioritization and course correction.
  • Experience building and scaling teams or functions: Track record of hiring, structuring, and developing teams with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity: Ability to create structure where none exists, make decisions with incomplete information, and maintain momentum in complex environments.
  • Experience delivering complex products or programs: Background working on products that require coordination across multiple systems, stakeholders, or external partners.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management: Ability to communicate clearly with senior leadership and ensure alignment across teams with different priorities.
  • Experience in healthcare ecosystems (preferred): Familiarity with care delivery, navigation, or benefits systems, including exposure to providers, payers, or healthcare data.
