About the role
- Manage and configure Salesforce applications to meet business requirements.
- Perform regular system maintenance, including user management, data integrity, and security settings.
- Implement and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and flows.
- Develop and maintain basic reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to support business decision-making.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance and resolve issues as they arise.
- Assist in designing and testing custom Salesforce solutions under the guidance of senior team members.
- Support Salesforce integrations with other systems and third-party applications using available tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements that improve user experience and business processes.
- Assist in Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely updates and quality delivery.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and help prioritize work.
- Provide user training and support to enhance system utilization and effectiveness.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and customizations.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, suggesting platform improvements when relevant.
Requirements
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
- Skilled with Salesforce configuration tools like Flows, validation rules and formulas.
- Experience with Salesforce security settings and user management.
- Exposure to or experience with Agentforce is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
