About the role

  • Prospect, educate, and close complex sales opportunities with health systems and providers.
  • Develop and clearly articulate value propositions tailored to payer partners
  • Partner with internal subject-matter experts to advance deals, develop sales materials, and address complex customer needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with health plan leaders and key stakeholders
  • Manage and grow a healthy sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and performance tracking
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Implementation) to successfully close deals and support long-term account success
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetings as a sales ambassador
  • Leverage health plan industry knowledge to identify and access new business opportunities
  • Share insights, best practices, and learnings with peers to contribute to overall team success

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of sales or business development experience, with strong exposure to health systems/providers.
  • Solid understanding of the health system and providers market.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to independently manage deals and maintain senior-level customer relationships
  • Experience supporting financial modeling and contract negotiations in partnership with internal teams
  • Comfort working in evolving markets and adapting sales approaches as needed
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented
  • Collaborative mindset with interest in learning, growing, and working cross-functionally
  • Strong work ethic paired with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues
