About the role
- Lead the planning and execution of digital engagement campaigns, ensuring seamless delivery and accurate data capture using tools such as Qualifio.
- Manage technical integrations, including AppsFlyer, to ensure correct attribution tracking and reliable data flows for mobile applications.
- Coordinate deep link migration across development and marketing teams to maintain uninterrupted user experiences.
- Provide technical guidance for email and push notification campaigns using Braze, aligning implementations with business objectives and personalization strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, tech, content, design) to ensure timely, high-quality campaign launches.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend optimizations based on actionable insights.
- Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, daily stand-ups) and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external partners in a distributed, international environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital product ownership, campaign management, or similar technical roles.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Braze, Qualifio, and AppsFlyer, including deep linking strategies and mobile app integrations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a focus on UX best practices.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); experience working in international teams is a plus.
- Knowledge of the sports industry is a plus.
