Key responsibilities & impact

Set the strategic direction and roadmap for healthcare analytics aligned with company-wide priorities
Conduct advanced SQL-based data analysis and establish analytical rigor and reporting best practices
Own development and governance of analytical reports for short-term requests and long-term strategic initiatives
Partner with engineering, data science, and business unit leaders on data exploration and innovation
Build tools and pipelines supporting go-to-market teams with campaign and community engagement insights
Champion new methodologies and tooling for data analysis and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in data analytics with progressively increasing responsibility
Deep understanding of healthcare data and the healthcare industry
Familiarity with pharmacy, pharmacy data, and treatment data
Advanced proficiency in SQL
Experience with large datasets and data infrastructure
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
Curiosity and passion for data exploration and healthcare innovation
Excellent executive communication skills
Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations
Proven ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across cross-functional and senior stakeholder groups
