Requirements

5+ years of experience in an analyst role, ideally with marketing analytics experience
Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and transformation
Experience with BI / visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar
Experience with GA4 (or similar website analytics platforms) (Preferred, not required)
Proficiency with Python
Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders (Preferred, not required)
Experience leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, connect cross-functional data, and enhance reporting efficiency
Demonstrated ability to own projects end-to-end, including defining project plans, milestones, timelines, and stakeholder communication
A strategic, problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency across teams
Strong understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., distributions, confidence, variance)
Strong intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach; able to go beyond the initial question to uncover meaningful insights
Excellent attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy and implementation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
