Backend Engineer

• Develop and build new services and features, working closely internally with our firmware team to interface with the SwoopOS, our frontend team to support our web application, and our infrastructure team to deliver a stable product to market.
• Design and build SDK’s for internal and external use, working with 3rd parties as they develop applications to run on our OS.
• Author new Python packages for common functionality used across multiple services.
• Ensure our services have strong availability and service level agreements across our code base, especially as it pertains to the runtime of our Kubernetes cluster in production.
• Tune data storage configurations to optimize for scale and near real-time availability in a streaming architecture.

Software Engineer – Backend

Graphics Designer

• Lead the visual evolution of our website, ensuring fast seamless, and immersive user experience, while managing regular updates and layout improvements
• Use high-end 3D renders, After Effects, motion graphics, UI animations, to help shape the narrative of complex technical systems.
• Partner with leadership, engineering, and business development to transform complex ideas into stunning, persuasive decks, presentations, and training materials
• Build custom iconography, 2D/3D content, and assets that set us apart
• You'll ideate and create how external audiences understand who we are and the mission we stand for. From creating aesthetic marketing materials to supporting unique ways of attracting talent, you’ll define approaches to bringing Swoop to market

Graphic Designer

LLM Engineer

• Develop and maintain Swoop’s LLM offering
• Expand the capabilities of the LLM to interact with the system via tool calls
• Expand the data searching capabilities of the LLM
• Work hand-in-hand with frontend developers to build out new LLM features and improve existing ones
• Monitor the resource usage of installations and make sure that the LLM offering is as efficient and fast as possible given the inference hardware available
• Maintain and optimize inference engine architecture

Software Engineer – AI Infrastructure

System Administrator

• Laptop configuration, setup, and MDM monitoring
• General server administration and troubleshooting
• Rack and configure infrastructure hardware such as: servers, firewalls, switches, storage arrays
• Monitor infrastructure resources using terminal access, IDRAC, other monitoring tools
• Provision infrastructure resources using terminal access and virtualization platforms
• Monitoring security profiles of infrastructure, including general monitoring and using scanning tools such as NESSUS or Qualys
• Perform essential software updates during “non business hours”
