About the role
- - Ensure all upholstered products meet internal quality standards before dispatch
- - Log all QC inspections on the designated platform
- - Conduct spot check QC visits at UK and EU manufacturers
- - Report all manufacturing defects to manufacturers
- - Submit and follow up on claims for manufacturing defects
- - Maintain all required compliance documentation
