About the role
- Manage multiple Professional Services projects concurrently, from kickoff to delivery
- Build and maintain client relationships, identifying objectives and ensuring successful outcomes
- Own project plans, schedules, and milestones; track progress, escalate risks, and deliver status updates to stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional teams, motivating members to meet goals and project commitments
- Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and partners to drive success
- Support QA processes and facilitate User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality delivery
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and templates within Professional Services
- Keep systems of record (Zendesk, Salesforce, Asana, Harvest, etc.) updated in line with team standards.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of project management experience or equivalent, delivering complex client-facing projects
- 3+ years in SaaS (service delivery or solutions) with hands-on client engagement
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills—effective both in-person and virtually, at all levels
- Experience managing large-scale and/or enterprise-level event technology implementations
- Success working in cross-functional, globally distributed teams; international experience preferred
- Solid technical vocabulary in website development, frameworks, and languages
- Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Self-motivated, independent, and skilled at managing multiple priorities and timelines
- Leveraged AI tools to streamline workflows and improve day-to-day efficiency
- Travel up to 10%.
