About the role

  • Designing and executing strategic plans to meet sales targets and foster business growth.
  • Leading and developing a sales team to drive sales growth and achieve aggressive growth targets.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key clients to understand their needs and secure loyalty.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through business associations to expand the company's customer base.
  • Overseeing the management of key client relationships and participating in closing strategic MSP deals.
  • Establishing sales territories and setting quotas and goals for the sales team.
  • Providing insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform roadmaps and strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, R&D, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Delivering accurate sales forecasts, reports, and business updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, specifically within the MSP and cloud services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales team effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies, managed services, and how they are applied in business environments.
