About the role
- Define customer requirements and ensure system compliance with contractual specifications
- Provide work packages to the Center of Excellence for the project, including customer requirements, interfaces, scheduling, performance, reliability and costs in accordance with the contracted scope
- Coordinate and control interfaces internally, with customers and partners, as defined in the interface matrix (DOW)
- Manage and harmonize technical documentation (including numbering of equipment operation and maintenance documents)
- Serve as technical point of contact for customers and external partners
- Identify alternatives and optimization opportunities
- Deliver specifications and interface data to partners
- Receive and coordinate comments and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project execution and technical design of turbines and/or generators
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proven leadership and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills and strategic mindset
- Relevant experience in planning and management of work packages
- Bilingual in French and English
