About the role
- Manage the talent pipeline and development of program participants
- Oversee daily program operations including talent recruitment and performance assessments
- Establish and adapt program KPIs and success metrics
- Communicate program strategy aligned with GE Vernova Finance vision
- Provide coaching and mentoring to program members
- Partner with learning and development teams for best-in-class strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years work experience
- Minimum of five years of work experience in GE Vernova Finance or Human Resources, preferably graduate of GE or GE Vernova leadership program
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and regions
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to leverage data to drive decision making
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools
- Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel globally as needed
