About the role

  • Manage the talent pipeline and development of program participants
  • Oversee daily program operations including talent recruitment and performance assessments
  • Establish and adapt program KPIs and success metrics
  • Communicate program strategy aligned with GE Vernova Finance vision

  • Partner with learning and development teams for best-in-class strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 7 years work experience
  • Minimum of five years of work experience in GE Vernova Finance or Human Resources, preferably graduate of GE or GE Vernova leadership program
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and regions
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities
  • Ability to leverage data to drive decision making
  • Familiarity with Microsoft tools
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to travel globally as needed
