About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Production Planning: Develop and maintain the master production schedule based on demand forecasts and production capacities
- Monitor and control material and resource requirements to meet production plans
- Adjust planning according to demand changes, capacity constraints, or material availability
- Schedule and track daily, weekly, and monthly production
- Monitor production progress and implement schedule adjustments as needed
- Consolidate demand information coming from different areas and operations
- Perform capacity, volume, workload, and resource utilization analyses
- Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for production, demand, capacity, productivity, and plan adherence
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to support management
- Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other partner areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
- Experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC/PCP), demand planning, capacity planning, supply planning, or related areas
- Experience with data analysis, preparation of management reports, and monitoring of KPIs
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools
- Advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and reporting tools
- Knowledge of operational metrics, forecasting, production capacity, and resource management
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Intermediate English
- Intermediate Spanish (desired)
