About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Production Planning: Develop and maintain the master production schedule based on demand forecasts and production capacities
  • Monitor and control material and resource requirements to meet production plans
  • Adjust planning according to demand changes, capacity constraints, or material availability
  • Schedule and track daily, weekly, and monthly production
  • Monitor production progress and implement schedule adjustments as needed
  • Consolidate demand information coming from different areas and operations
  • Perform capacity, volume, workload, and resource utilization analyses
  • Implement and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for production, demand, capacity, productivity, and plan adherence
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analyses to support management
  • Work closely with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other partner areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields
  • Experience in Production Planning and Control (PPC/PCP), demand planning, capacity planning, supply planning, or related areas
  • Experience with data analysis, preparation of management reports, and monitoring of KPIs
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of operational metrics, forecasting, production capacity, and resource management
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
  • Intermediate English
  • Intermediate Spanish (desired)
