Key responsibilities & impact

Define and govern metadata across workflows, automation, and AI-driven processes to ensure consistent, controlled system behavior.
Lead end-to-end data conversion as a business function.
Own object mapping from legacy systems to Salesforce and downstream platforms, ensuring decisions support operational continuity, auditability, and reporting integrity.
Own the end-to-end governance of system configuration changes, including intake, prioritization, impact assessment, and release management.
Establish full traceability of metadata changes, ensuring visibility of changes.
Govern AI agents to ensure predictable actions aligned with business rules.
Provide governance over data conversion activities, ensuring alignment between metadata structures, data models, and migration logic.
Serve as the governance counterpart to IT and platform teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Ensure consistency of configurations and behaviors across Salesforce, ERP, and integrated systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
7+ additional years of experience in cross functional operations supporting IT projects leading Data Conversion, MDM
Proven experience leading Master Data Management (MDM) and data conversion for large-scale ERP or Salesforce transformations
Strong functional understanding of customer, intercompany, and vendor data domains
Demonstrated ability to partner with Data Lake / Analytics teams to preserve KPI continuity during system transitions
Ability to engage deeply with data, processes, and technology to identify practical, value-driven AI use cases within Salesforce enterprise.
