About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and direct Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) activities, focusing on supplier qualification, supplier surveillance, process capability, and issue resolution for the Airfoils commodity.
  • Manage supplier performance, including implementing formal Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when required.
  • Be accountable for functional, business, and company-wide objectives.
  • Drive Supplier Quality initiatives to continuously improve the effectiveness of the SQE team.
  • Lead root-cause identification efforts to reduce Cost of Poor Quality and global defect rates.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, product line, and commercial teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in Sourcing and Supplier Quality Engineering.
  • Education level comparable to a Master’s degree, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
  • Fluency in English required (for positions in France and Poland).
  • Proficiency in a second local language is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required (for positions in India).
