About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and direct Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) activities, focusing on supplier qualification, supplier surveillance, process capability, and issue resolution for the Airfoils commodity.
Manage supplier performance, including implementing formal Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) when required.
Be accountable for functional, business, and company-wide objectives.
Drive Supplier Quality initiatives to continuously improve the effectiveness of the SQE team.
Lead root-cause identification efforts to reduce Cost of Poor Quality and global defect rates.
Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, product line, and commercial teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Sourcing and Supplier Quality Engineering.
Education level comparable to a Master’s degree, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
Fluency in English required (for positions in France and Poland).
Proficiency in a second local language is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills required (for positions in India).
