Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the successful execution and delivery of complex Grid Automation projects with customer full satisfaction
  • Lead the execution of complex projects within the Grid Automation solutions domain
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
  • Ensure safety and quality through the overall execution cycle
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Ensure optimal budget control developing clear work breakdown structure and monitoring Earned Value (EV)
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks identified during project execution
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits to maintain high standards of project execution
  • Prepare and present regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the energy or Grid Automation sector
  • Proven experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects
  • Experience with protection relays, bay controller units, auxiliary relays, and telecom equipment is highly desirable
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred
  • Additional certifications in Grid Automation or related technologies are a plus
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and offices as required by the project plan (around 20%)
