About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a cross-functional rhythm various functions including Sales and Market Intelligence to identify future opportunities & their needs, identify reliable EPC’s and assess EPC capacity for Heavy Duty New Units
- Conduct & drive rigorous evaluations of potential EPC partners across Safety, Compliance (KYP), Quality, Engineering, financial health, and field execution discipline
- Own the development and negotiation of EPC Channels as well as Consortium Agreements, defining scope, Division of Responsibilities (DOR), and execution principles to mitigate business risk on complex New Units projects
- Lead internal and external alignments during the proposal phase from early stages of opportunity presentation to submission
- Collect, assess & maintain EPC related data to ensure full visibility on partnering strategies in mid and long term
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university
- 5+ years of professional experience in project, program, or operational management within the Heavy Duty Power Industry
- Proven experience in the power generation: Heavy Duty Combined Cycle plants is highly preferred
- Deep understanding of EPC priorities, specifically within the Heavy-Duty New Units Combined Cycle sector
- Experience with various contracting structures, specifically complex Consortium Partnerships
- Advanced familiarity with Heavy Duty project execution, integration, and associated technical/commercial risks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to drive results and manage diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen and experience with should-cost modeling
- Willingness to travel up to 30% regionally ( NAM/LATAM )
