About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide strategic partnership for a significant business in the Power segment
Drive commercial growth, profitability and cash
Responsible for financial outcomes, including the commercial & operational performance of the portfolio
Oversee risk finance, portfolio health, productivity & cost management, FP&A and controllership
Translate concepts, develop strategy and implement change
Communicate business performance and identify growth accelerators
Lead & develop finance team to simplify and create world class standard processes & policies
Ensure key processes and controls are in place to support a world class financial operation
Drive financial performance improvement initiatives throughout the business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 14 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
10+ years of progressive experience in finance
5+ years of experience leading finance teams
Willingness & ability to travel
