About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own product strategy and value creation for condition monitoring, sensing technology and control platform interfaces
Partner closely with Engineering, Services, and Commercial teams to synthesize customer needs, field performance data, and market trends into actionable product differentiation strategy
Collaborate with Customers, Commercial and Engineering to drive VOC, business case development, funding justification, and program oversight for Control Platform NPI's
Serve as a customer-facing subject matter expert, supporting contract negotiations, technical reviews, and Inquiry-To-Order (ITO) activities
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments relevant to sensing, diagnostics and analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 12 years of experience in Product Management, Renewables and/or Industrial Control Systems)
Minimum of 8 years of experience within Product Management, Renewables, Condition Monitoring and/or Industrial Control Systems
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
