About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own product strategy and value creation for condition monitoring, sensing technology and control platform interfaces
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Services, and Commercial teams to synthesize customer needs, field performance data, and market trends into actionable product differentiation strategy
  • Collaborate with Customers, Commercial and Engineering to drive VOC, business case development, funding justification, and program oversight for Control Platform NPI's
  • Serve as a customer-facing subject matter expert, supporting contract negotiations, technical reviews, and Inquiry-To-Order (ITO) activities
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments relevant to sensing, diagnostics and analytics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 12 years of experience in Product Management, Renewables and/or Industrial Control Systems)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience within Product Management, Renewables, Condition Monitoring and/or Industrial Control Systems
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
