About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide finance leadership and oversight to support strategic initiatives of the business in the EMENAT region
Partner with the Fossil Services EMENAT General Manager, services and commercial leadership, and project teams to optimize financial performance
Lead development and implementation of operating plans for the APAC region
Optimize cash metrics and drive the financial reconciliation component of the Sales and Operations Planning process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute unified plans that support business objectives
Analyze data to forecast demand and propose solutions to improve efficiency
Facilitate continuous improvement in the planning process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college
Strong technical finance acumen, including in-depth knowledge of US GAAP accounting, controllership principles, financial reporting, and analysis
Experience in Commercial Finance and Service projects with practical experience in ASC606 Revenue Recognition Standards
Proven experience to lead and influence dispersed teams, providing clear direction, actively communicating and ensuring consistent performance
Proven ability to drive change, including tactical planning, change management, coordination across the organization
Fluent English knowledge is essential
Flexibility for business travels up to 20%
