About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing & Content Strategy
- This role supports the digital strategy by translating it into connected content systems across corporate web, social and CEO platforms
- Turn narrative priorities into strategic plans, engaging audience-led content approaches, platform-native formats, sharp creative briefs and measurable work that reinforces GE Vernova’s priority messages across digital channels
- Understand audience and integrated channel strategy, AI-driven discovery systems and platform behaviors that shape visibility, relevance and engagement
- Shape briefs, guide creative development, evaluate and write quality content
- Partner with agencies and global cross-functional internal teams to bring powerful work to market
Requirements
What you’ll need- 12+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, brand strategy, content strategy or integrated communications, with both in-house and agency experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading digital marketing or content strategy for a global brand, with Fortune 500 or start-up experience strongly preferred
- Agency or consulting-side experience supporting enterprise brands, executive visibility, corporate reputation or integrated digital campaigns preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
- Strong judgment and decision-making in high-visibility, fast-moving environments
- Proven ability to translate digital strategy into connected content systems across complex, multi-channel ecosystems
- Exceptional executive presence with experience supporting and senior leader engagement and influencing cross-functional, global teams
- Clear, confident, influential communication skills, both written and verbal
- Deep understanding of combined digital platforms and ecosystems and evolving AI-driven discovery trends
- Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into clear direction
- Exceptional editorial judgment and ability to apply and uphold brand voice at scale
- Sharp creative eye for bold, fresh, on-brand creative, with the ability to push work to new levels
- Ability to manage multiple strategic and creative workstreams with clarity, urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to move fluidly from strategy to execution, from shaping the brief and content model to reviewing creative, interpreting performance and recommending what to scale.
