About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work on impactful, technically challenging projects in the power transmission industry across four 6-month rotations in a variety of disciplines, including Design, Analysis, Systems, Strategy, Project Engineering, and Quality
  • Enhance core engineering skills through Advanced Courses in Engineering and Business leadership training
  • Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world-class technologists and experienced technical managers
  • Participate in development training with other GE Vernova Development program members from other functions and locations
  • Grow technical expertise in your chosen field and expand skills in new areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fresh graduates with Master’s Degrees in Electrical Engineering
  • Students majoring in other STEM subjects such as Mathematics or Physics are also welcome to apply
  • Minimum GPA 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Proficient in common engineering software tools such as Matlab/Simulink, Python, Creo, PSCAD, ANSYS, SolidWorks, AutoCAD or C/C++
  • GE Vernova will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Visa sponsorship or relocation support will not be available for this role
