About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support operational and administrative routines in the Grid Automation technical assistance area
  • Receive, register, update and monitor service tickets, requests and incidents in systems and internal controls
  • Route requests to the responsible teams according to established workflows and guidelines
  • Track status of service requests, outstanding items, deadlines and responses to requesters
  • Support organization of schedules, documentation, records and history of technical service activities
  • Keep the area’s databases, controls, spreadsheets and systems up to date and consistent
  • Assist with sending, receiving and verifying documents, reports and information related to service activities
  • Serve as a point of support in the interface between clients, the technical team, administrative areas, logistics and other internal departments
  • Support tracking of materials, equipment, parts or documents required for service activities, as directed by the area
  • Flag outstanding items, delays, information inconsistencies or process deviations to the responsible parties
  • Prepare simple controls and reports to monitor the area’s routines
  • Contribute to process organization and compliance with service and quality standards
  • Predominantly operational, administrative and support-focused role
  • Responsible for executing structured routines and monitoring technical assistance requests

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • Technical education or ongoing higher education in Administration, Logistics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Engineering or related fields is preferred
  • Previous experience in administrative routines, customer service, operational support, technical assistance or related areas
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Ease in organizing information, tracking requests and updating controls
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with organization, attention to detail and discipline in execution
