About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, Qualify, and Improve manufacturing processes.
- Define global process standards and equipment standards and deploy them across the Aero Alliance factories.
- Partner with local factory technical leaders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college
- 7+ years of industrial experience in manufacturing or quality (for US candidates)
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role (manufacturing engineer or similar) with expertise in NDT inspection and metrology
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and quality processes
- Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, drawings, and schematics
- Project Management skills and experience
- Fluency in English in speaking and writing for US candidates only
