About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for planning and forecasting of sourcing $100M+ functional costs
  • Support planning cycles as well as monthly and quarterly pacing in partnership with Sourcing CFO and Sourcing GMs
  • Control and report savings and inflation/deflation of Heavy Duty New Units, Aero and generator projects sourcing
  • Drive Vendor Recovery and Claims monthly calls
  • Responsible for financial reporting of indirect sourcing accounts $1.2B of spend
  • Ensure alignment with indirect sourcing organization on savings reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Finance, accounting, economics topics or related fields
  • Major operations finance and people leader experience
  • Fluency in English is essential
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in cross functional conversations
  • Clear thinker
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented and assertive individual
