Circularity Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the implementation and optimization of circular economy principles within GEV's electrification systems.
- Translate GEV's 4R framework into actionable initiatives across product design, manufacturing processes, and end-of-life management.
- Drive eco-design initiatives and integrate sustainable materials into product development.
- Harmonize Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) programs across ESY for priority products.
- Develop and execute the 2030 sustainable materials long-term strategy with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Manage pollutant tracking and mitigation programs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in circular economy or product lifecycle management.
- Experience in the energy or manufacturing sector is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of circular economy principles, the GEV 4R framework and leading circularity regulations (i.e.: EU).
- Proficiency in LCAs and EPDs.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong execution & influencing capabilities
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
