Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain product structures for the Gas Power portfolio
Translate technical requirements into logical features and marketing configurations
Act as the technical point of contact for configuration changes
Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure changes are implemented with minimal disruption
Ensure that product enhancements are accurately reflected across the digital ecosystem
Perform impact assessments to identify how a change in one system affects broader product definition
Actively participate in Lean initiatives
Identify bottlenecks in the current configuration process and propose technical solutions
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and specialists
Assist in troubleshooting complex configuration issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science
3+ years of experience in Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, or Product Lifecycle Management
3+ years working knowledge of rotating equipment or complex mechanical systems
3+ years experience with product structures (BOMs), logical feature modeling, and the impact of configuration changes on downstream systems (ERP/Supply Chain)
3+ years of demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and work across departmental boundaries
1 year of proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use that data to drive process improvements
