  • Manage a global team of senior professionals, leading Contract Managers
  • Identify, analyze, and manage commercial and contractual risks
  • Negotiate terms and mitigate risks across projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align contract strategies with business objectives
  • Establish and maintain a centralized contract repository

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Contract Management
  • Experience managing a global team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven project management skills
  • Strong understanding of contract law and risk management principles
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in English is required
  • Additional languages are a plus (French, Spanish, German)
  • Valid work permit for Austria if contracted in Austria
