About the role
- Responsible for the daily management of the transactional services orders
- Act as the project manager for all repower harvest opportunities
- Facilitate transactional sales between the functions within services
- Program manage the repower harvest activities
- Liaison with Engineering and Production Management to create the use case for harvested components
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing, sourcing or engineering
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Ability to lead, manage, and communicate with all levels of the business
- Experience with Oracle R12 (RACES module) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems involvement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Black Belt / Green Belt certified or quality certification
