Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Global Sourcing analytics agenda and own the MOR process
Ensure leadership is equipped with predictive insights and high-fidelity reporting to drive continuous improvement in service, quality, and timeliness
Define and execute the roadmap for integrating Gen AI and Agentic AI into our workflow
Proactively anticipate the needs of leadership by bridging the gap between raw data and business strategy
Apply high-level evaluative judgment to diagnose systemic issues
Champion cross-functional collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience
Significant, demonstrable experience in Sourcing, Supply Chain Analytics, or Commercial Operations
Proven track record of leading executive-level operating reviews and influencing organizational strategy
High proficiency in data modeling, spend analytics, and translating complex datasets into clear, executive narratives
Demonstrated experience in the application of Lean principles and tools
Fluency in English with superior verbal and written communication skills.
