About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop innovative solutions to deliver Customer outcomes and drive growth
Lead management of a team covering the full range of DAWs within the Commercial Finance family
Drive commercial finance operating rhythms, centralized finance reporting capabilities, and commercial productivity metrics
Lead commercial financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis
Simplify ITO processes and ensure robust underwriting standards
Define and execute a rigorous operating rhythm including MOR, Hoshin, and Bowler processes
Oversee budgeting and operating plans, creating KPIs and tracking performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience in the Finance & Commercial Finance Management space of at least 6 to 10 years of experience
Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university
Experience navigating financial and cultural complexities
Ability to influence stakeholders across regions
Expertise in structuring complex, high-value deals
Strong oral and written communication skills
Robust time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
