Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements
Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive)
Work to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes
Standardization of processes, tools and performance management system
Typically a 1st line manager of professionals or a 2nd line manager of a professional department
Serves as best practice/quality resource
Contributes towards strategy and policy development, and ensures delivery within area of responsibility
Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience
May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements
Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function

Requirements

What you’ll need

significant experience in the Quality & Business Process Management
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s))
ISO experience is required
International Travel for this required for this role (approx. 50%)
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Established project management skills
IATF 16949 experience preferred
