Commercial Manager, EMENAT West

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment for service for rotating equipment
- Develop proposals including commenting on customer specifications; may negotiate with customers in compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment; ensure deals deliver shareholder value; drive competitive pricing
- Perform and ensure that Terms &Conditions are properly reviewed, mitigated and associated risks are identified and approved
- Owns commercial process for compliance and documentation of the commercial process while ensuring we meet customer deliverables
- Uses technical depth and knowledge for Rotating Equipment to collaborate effectively and productively with supporting functions and sales to develop and prepare proposals
- Prepare and conduct clean project hand-over to execution team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent from an accredited university or college
- At least 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales, or Tendering
- Strong knowledge of Generator related products and services
- In depth working knowledge of the commercial proposal and contracting process
- Expertise in proposal preparation and presentation
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in German language (capable to perform negotiations in German)
