Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources for customer equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects.
Oversee Engineered Equipment Packages (EEP) or Equipment-Only (EO) Projects and provide direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for medium - large sized projects.
Develop specialized knowledge in their discipline and serve as best practice/quality resource.
Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements and explain difficult or sensitive information to build consensus.
Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
Requirements
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
At least 7 years' experience in Power Generation/Product Knowledge
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
