About the role
- Responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources for customer equipment, facilities or infrastructure projects.
- Oversee Engineered Equipment Packages (EEP) or Equipment-Only (EO) Projects and provide direct or indirect leadership and/or management of project resources for medium - large sized projects.
- Develop specialized knowledge in their discipline and serve as best practice/quality resource.
- Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering.
- Use technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations and act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements and explain difficult or sensitive information to build consensus.
- Contribute towards strategy and policy development, and ensure delivery within area of responsibility.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college.
- At least 7 years' experience in Power Generation/Product Knowledge
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for this opening.
- Successful completion of a drug screen (as applicable)
